Providing a holistic medical approach that is both evidence-informed and patient-centred, Kristen’s intention is to create profound changes in the lives of her patients through thoughtful, and strategic naturopathic care. As a Naturopathic Doctor, she believes in identifying the root cause of any illness and that holistic healing begins by honouring the body’s innate wisdom.

Whether you’re facing a new diagnosis or a chronic health issue, Kristen believes that balance is often best achieved through simple, sustainable lifestyle and dietary changes. She helps patients navigate their health with genuine care that is informed, honest, and supportive.

Kristen has a particular focus on sexual and reproductive health (such as PMS, irregular periods, menopause, PCOS, endometriosis, and fertility), and stress-related ill-health (fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, digestive issues). She has additional training in acupuncture for facial rejuvenation, and is also a trained Reiki practitioner.

Kristen recognizes the powerful relationship between mind and body, and believes that multiple paths toward wellness are available. Her philosophy is to harness the body’s natural healing mechanisms while respecting traditional modalities and their lineages. Learn more about Kristen’s approach.

Kristen acknowledges that Tkaronto/Toronto sits on Treaty Lands and is grateful to live, learn, and work on Anishinabewaki, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee, and Mississaugas of the Credit Territory, and seeks to honour the traditional medicines that the practice of naturopathy is grounded in.

Kristen is committed to removing barriers to care, to dismantling racism, to centering the voices of people who are Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC), and those in 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. She is open to feedback on how she can better serve as an ally both personally and professionally.

Kristen graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto. Prior to studying naturopathic medicine, she graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Arts, focusing on Political Science. Kristen recognizes the importance of personal, as well as sociocultural context in shaping our health, our lives, our preferences, our economic status, and our self-perception.
